This is Dr. Rahul he’s a doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine in India. I had the honor of learning from his wealth of knowledge in natural healing.
It is a breath of fresh air to hear about herbs being prescribed for healing ❤️🩹 instead of pill suggestions. I can’t tell you all enough how India has been an incredible place to learn about food and nature as medicine.
All of my family is from India 🇮🇳 and spending time here helps me understand why my mother is so knowledgeable and always used herbs and plants in our home for healing when we were young. 🪴 💕
I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful country and I’m definitely taking back knowledge and applying it to my work and daily life!
